In a written order, the 2-member bench headed by Justice Aqeel Abbasi ordered to provide the copy of the appeal and said that the copy of the document attached with the appeal should also be provided to the lawyer of ARWAI News.
ARY News lawyer Barristrayan Memon said that PEMRA was not harmed by the injunction on ARY News' petitions.
Baristayan Memon said that the broadcast of ARY News has not been restored despite the court order, appeal for reply and directed to provide copies of attached documents.
A 2-member bench in the court approved the request of ARWAI News and ordered to provide the document.
