Russia and Ukraine have agreed to create a grain corridor and resume exports of grains whose exports from Ukraine have been stagnant due to the blockade of the Black Sea by Russian troops . The agreement was signed in the presence of UN Secretary-General António Guterres , the intermediary, and Turkish President Erdogan , with representatives of both sides swapping to prevent Russia and Ukraine from sitting at the same table.
